Slowly, slowly;
I pause, and I
breathe.
for this life is
not a race.
Time in our
heads,
convinced as it
is;
not that but a
tool
of embrace.
Beyond lay my
body;
a note to be
read,
Cloaks need
for the thrill
of such pace.
You’ve been
abandoning
yourself,
no less.
Φ
Your thoughts and feelings are a response to your life experiences, distancing you from the very quality you seek. These qualia collapse from the whole—or the infinite—to form a lesser version of that which you truly are, your “reality” arising from little more than the conditioning through which the infinite has passed.
Any words that we use to describe this divine and infintely powerful quality remove us from that to which we point. However, by making a continued commitment to self-inquiry, we may get a little more comfortable with the phenomena masking the known.
Everything our bodies have done, they have done to survive. From an evolutionary viewpoint, once single-celled organisms evolved into multi-celled organisms in order to answer to the complexities of the environmental demands placed upon them, a regulatory capacity was needed in order to maintain harmony between internal relationships.
This regulatory standard to which the body’s processes are held in response to an environmental load is called allostasis.
Developing from these standards is a dynamic process called homeostasis: the governance of the body’s internal systems in response to environmental load.
Homeostasis arose from the demand to orchestrate multiple organs within an optimal range, which, it has been argued, serve as instruments which, placed along the nervous system, receive signals sent from various parts of the brain, such a resonance giving rise to consciousness as we know it.
Φ
Φ
The interplay between mind and body is a fascinatingly complex chasm of opportunity that continually expands the further into it we shine our searchlights. This lake of awareness seems to magnify whatever we consistently apply to it. Although we may not have conscious control of these covert processes, we can influence the quality of their environment with our beliefs.
Our brains are plastic meaning they are constantly being transformed by the quality of our thoughts. This inner structure is continually being pruned and refined by our choices.
Habitual thinking towards whatever creates thicker neurological connections, which, over time, carry information along certain pathways far more readily causing us to default into certain ways of engaging with our internal environment, thus creating our “realities.”
As both Creator and Creation, we can begin to change these patterns—and our realities—any time we choose.
Φ
At a fundamental level, thoughts are things. These things create energy. This energy releases chemicals into the body and these chemicals then trigger biological responses that determine how we feel, and therefore, are.
Our bodies are always listening to these thoughts and are faithful servants, accepting whatever they hear as truth.
If we obsess over lack, scarcity, comparison, and complication, our bodies respond by releasing the appropriate chemicals, as instructed, thus creating the corresponding emotion. If, however, we entertain plenitude, fullness, gratitude, and simplicity, our bodies are invited to raise the frequency at which they vibrate.
Φ
Inside each and every one of us is a force. Something that animates us. Something that is unique. A spirit that was suffocated as we were conditioned into a way of operating that abided by the rules and principles of a sick society.
“Shoulds” strangled us with responsibilities that were never ours to shoulder and our energies averted from their rightful destination, such abandonment from our strength underlying the notion that we are flawed, unworthy, and unloveable.
Circumstances that we have the power to do absolutely nothing about pushed down our throats as if to make us feel guilty playing to make ends meet in our own game of survival.
“What if” questions framed in the present tense don’t prompt any resistance in our minds and instead produce solution, bringing together the power of presence, imagination, creativity, and intention critical to producing the results we desire.
Φ
Φ
Our identities are nothing more than limited creations of the mind based largely on fear. The mind creates an image of who we are—our “ego”—in an effort to stand guard over our vulnerabilities, and we spend our days working to uphold these creations, even if we don’t like what we see.
We will defend what we think we know as the alternative—the unknown, emptiness—we fear, is far worse.
Φ
Perhaps once shamed for letting our vulnerabilities see the light of day, we haven’t yet fully understood this was a reflection of the perpetrators discomfort rather than our own.
However, it is from precisely here—from embarking on the journey of self-inquiry—that we can build ourselves an experience that is more aligned, harmonious, coherent.
Φ
The degree to which we unconsciously protect our unhealed wounds dictates how and to which extent this defense mechanism jumps into action, often causing our energies to constrict and abandon our light—and our power—in an attempt to protect our tenderness.
In mindlessly performing for this projection without stopping to look at what we’re actually protecting—and why—we are kept in a perpetual state of carrot and stick, largely separating us from the flow of life; forever travelling somewhere but never actually arriving anywhere.
We are kept separate from the very thing we wish for. We so deeply desire tenderness but have constructed so many walls surrounding this that no matter hard we try, we can’t seem to connect.
Φ
So, if continually searching for things to complete us is the domain of an ego and only perpetuates the notion of lack and separation, what does one think may be the solution?
Φ
We justify the feeling of not being enough by covering up the wholeness of our immediate experience with layers of activity serving to distance us from the very quality we seek before we even attempt to exercise the courage to stop and ask ourselves whether what we’re doing is serving the version of ourselves we want to be.
Φ
Φ
In prayer, one becomes master of their own kingdom, freely diving within the expansive nature of the whole; the current that is continuously supportive, flowing beyond the limited nature of projected identity.
Φ
We all have an ego by nature of being human. It is the image of ourselves we send out into the world. Left unchecked, the ego is a source of fragementation from our deepest selves. To have a handle on one’s ego is to have a handle on the self. It is to cease taking out a subscription on that which limits access to magnificent fullness and trust in the space between.
But the death of such a fabrication comes with the birth of more than we could have ever wished for.
Φ
Φ
It could be said that in order to unlock the fullness of this quality we must exercise the courage to go within.
To learn about the existence of these images in order to see beyond them.
To face our fears, our desires, our anger, our resistance.
To learn about the barriers preventing us from becoming the love we seek.
Our triggers are personal signals showing us where our work needs to be done. They may be the most powerful internal compasses we have.
These triggers can be seen as little more than reactions to unresolved wounds that would otherwise lead us around by an invisible leash.
These are the very invitations we gloss over.
These invitations we avoid because they’re uncomfortable but entry to the party is worth it.
Lean into them. Listen to them. Learn from them. Our triggers are teachers; invitations to where the blockages to wholeness lie, and nobody can heal them except you.
From this position, we may largely begin to understand our realities as little more than signals which have passed through a complex filter of interpretations uniquely formed by the instinctual desire to survive circumstances that have, historically, made us feel vulnerable.
Φ
Φ
Everything that is seen is seen having first passed through the filter of our mind. We assume the realities we experience are how reality is as the connections in our brain suggesting this to be the case have been well-trodden; trunk roads for information to pass, whether or not that information is accurate.
It is of vital importance to align with our own journeys rather than those of another. Dip in and out of others’ stories but get to writing your own as a matter of priority.
― Rainer Maria Rilke
Φ
We are afforded this human experience to learn, evolve, share, and grow. When discomfort comes knocking, ask yourself what learning could be had from the opportunity.
The essence that animates you also animates me but we need to unearth our triggers to allow this to shine in its full glory.
We need to face our vulnerabilities to realise they were invitations all along.
There is no such thing as seer or seen. No such thing as you and/or me.
Φ
By virtue of being alive, you have access to the quality for which the deepest parts of yourself yearn. Unlimited thought, unlimited freedom, unlimited feeling, unlimited being, unlimited creation, unlimited fullness.
Exercise the courage to know yourself. Exercise the courage to stand up. Exercise the courage to deepen, to breathe, the courage learn, to let go.
Φ
Φ
The magnificent kingdom we used to believe in is still there, right now, within all that we are, but we have been conditioned by the dream of the planet to believe otherwise.
When we wake up to this and stop trying to be anything other than what we are, we allow ourselves the wisdom to become more than we can possibly imagine.
Φ
We know so little about the fabric supporting matter in our universe that to suggest otherwise may be little more than a confession of psychological wounding.
Whilst quantum physics is a daunting subject, understanding one or two theoretical concepts may be beneficial for where we are about to go.
Quantum physics suggests nothing in our universe is etched in the present. The theory is, before observed, all matter exists within a state of infinite possibility (known as the waveform) and multiple location, (known as superposition), beyond the arrow of time.
Once “known,” however, this waveform of infinite possibility collapses into that which is limited. It becomes constrained to our understanding of how our universe functions.
It becomes safe. Familiar. No more “correct,” though.
Once we accept something as a reality, this infinite wavefunction collapses into a pre-defined set of possibilities.
Φ
If, according to quantum physics, everything that can happen, has happened somewhere in the infinite fabric of the cosmos—and nobody is the arbiter of truth—then we are literally co-creating our realities with every decision we make.
If everything iseverywhere, all the time, then how we choose to apply our energies becomes of utmost importance.
Φ
—
When organised together in familiar presentation, the laws of classical physics determine the behaviour of objects. However, when we enter the quantum world, that all changes.
At the microscopic level and beyond, we are free to design our realities. It is only the accepted version of events that everyone subscribes to that largely fuels the belief that we cannot.
Once this is accepted, known, and acted upon, we can become intimate with ourselves and engineers of our experience.
—
In learning why our beliefs have collapsed reality the way it has, we take hold one of the most important tools we can use in order to engineer our experience.
In learning why our conditioning has surrendered and danced with the arrow of time to manifest our current reality we enter a whole new world of possibility.
Φ
Nature is the ideal in its infinite. It always has been, and will always, be.
Most things us humans have done have drawn us away from its perfections in an attempt to either improve upon (or, ironically, return us back to), its qualities.
But the silent force of nature wins. It always wins.
We can think whatever we want, but the noise in our heads may be preventing us from developing coherence with greater bodies. To align with the healing properties of such, we are invited to first become present. From this silent, expansive state of connection to both ourselves and the universe, we can invite into our fertile minds the reality we wish to swim within.
The trick is to work from your desired reality rather than towards it.
To co-create the reality of your vision.
To become in the “I am.”
Engage each of the senses. Trust it, believe it, make sure it’s known.
Such a prayer transcends time and space to condition your mind to operate in harmony with what you desire and by habitually nurturing the reality we wish for in such a way we increase the chances of such filtering through to our subconscious mind—the ultimate builder of the body. We become co-creators of our lives.

Eternal alignment;
This presence, it speaks.
Come knowing
Without knowledge.
Upon silence
We paint;
Integrate
To escape;
Ascend like the wind’s
Less intellect.
Do I see you?
Or do I see me?
Surrender only
To yourself;
For the love
You wait to receive.
For it’s too late
Before we realise,
Far too late
Before we know.
How to breathe,
How to bloom.
How to breathe,
How to grow.
What if tonight you receive the clearest, most dynamic response from spirit that you have ever had?
What if tonight your prayers are answered beyond your wildest expectations?
What if you knew exactly what to do and when to do it?
Φ
Φ
Just forget it,
All that you’re holding;
It doesn’t even matter
In the grand scheme of things.
The grand scheme of things,
Let it bloom.
Let it bloom through you
Breathe;
Let it bloom.
Like the bud of a flower,
You are so loved.
Whilst there are several different types of pain, one of the great secrets of the medical profession is that, with issues of a mechanical nature, the body is a self-healing organism.
It implicitly knows.
That is, if you if you stop acting in a way that is unsympathetic to its natural rhythms and ensure an adequate flow of nutrients are carried through the blood, the body will right itself.
Studies have shown that pain comes exclusively from the brain, and an expectation of pain ensures that reality.
It takes courage and commitment to look within and begin learning about yourself, but answering the call may be one of the best decisions you ever made.
We always return to the silence of the heart.
Whatever we are striving for may only be found in letting go.
As long as our hearts are beating we abandon certain gifts attending beyond the breath.
When the mind falls silent in the presence of awe, beauty, prayer, we discover the mind of God.
